AlphaQuest Master Coder

AQ Master Coder program provides expert competency-based assessment, teaching and mentoring of coders. 

• Pre-testing establishes coder specific training requirements. 
  
• Training methods include: individual learning plans targeted to improve areas identified as needing improvement; didactic teaching; "hands on" coding mentoring and re-testing to quantify improvement.  
  
• Accountability reporting includes periodic evaluation of coder's achievement of targeted competency.
